My background is rooted in technical and application support: reading logs, validating data, tracing issues, and staying calm when production is not. That work taught me to value clarity, reliability, and the small details users only notice when they fail.
Outside day-to-day operations, I design and build web products. It keeps me close to the full journey—from an idea and interface to database logic, deployment, and the person using it.
